Buying candles

Yesterday I went for a trip to Olivia's birth area of Bariis, here new brother is buying some candles to place on their parent's grave. The other chap is naturally buying cigarettes, the effect of smoking here to non-smokers is the same as in any regional town in Queensland, as soon as they step outside they have to light up, and just like QLD the butts usually end up discarded on the ground, happily just like QLD smoking is barred from indoor public areas, and the rule is followed.
