This expensive looking bottle of plonk was left in the fridge by someone of far finer taste than Jimmy.
It was fairly flat but Jim still had a rather pleasant glass to polish off the remainder.

This is a hobby, I like taking photos and a weblog is a good way of learning how to write. I show off stuff around Ingham, NQ, and other parts of Australia when I get around to travelling. I'm not so busy these days as cataracts have reduced the joy I used to have being able to see things but hopefully that will improve and have me more active again soon.
yellow tail is quite popular in the US
ReplyDeleteNaturally I'd never heard of it, I'm glad I posted it as I had no idea.
ReplyDeleteIt would have been much nicer fresh but was still a pleasant surprise considering I was expecting the usual vinegar relation.
We have a number of quality Australian wines based on the top grape varieties, and I hear they compare well with Californian, and maybe even French. To my taste, those are all a bit strong and I go for lighter table wine when I can.
